I am conducting a research survey regarding Performer Perceptions of Effective Conductor Traits. This is a follow up survey to a study conducted by Ward Woodbury in 1955 when the dynamic, age range and gender profile of the typical American orchestra was vastly different from the make up of today’s organizations.
